Rhinoplasty retraction of the columella, can this be fixed? (Photo)

Hi, I had surgery 5 months ago to fix a small hump on my bridge and slightly project the tip as it drooped when I smiled. I’m unhappy with the results and unsure of the next steps. My doctor suggested a revision but I haven't seen him in person yet as he’s abroad, and I'm struggling to find guidance here. Could fillers or a closed rhinoplasty address these issues? Recent photos show columella retraction. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!
