This is a very complex problem to fix as the nose has been foreshortened with inadequate tip projection and over-rotation. I would seek a true revision rhinoplasty expert to address your issues. It will be more than likely necessary to harvest rib cartilage in order to adequately repair the issues that you are currently dealing with. I recommend seeing a plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training and ideally an additional year of aesthetic surgery fellowship training.
From the photos, the sidewalls of the lower nose can be improved with ear cartilage to make it stronger and less pinched. The added benefits of doing this would be that the cartilage grafts can also create a more refined tip, push it down a little bit, and possibly improve the nostril asymmetry. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
I would recommend a rhinoplasty to lengthen your nose, smooth out your dorsal aesthetic lines, and even out your tip and nostrils. You may not have sufficient septal cartilage if it was previously harvested so ear cartilage or cartilage allograft may be needed.
Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided your nose looks too upturned, there is no tip definition, the nostrils are very flared and uneven. I highly recommend you a revision rhinoplasty to correct all these issue. You will most probably need a reconstruction with rib cartilage so we can make a good reconstruction and give you a more defined and elegant tip.Best regards!Prof. Dr. Selcuk Inanli
Good Afternoon! Microfat can be useful to improve skin texture and some augmentation of minor irregularities. It can be powerful when added to temporalis fascia which acts as a reservoir and blanket to cover the areas. Microfat harvest and injections can be done in the office. The risks are low...
A revision may be needed to give you a more aesthetic result. I would recommend further dorsal reduction to improve your dorsal aesthetic lines and get you a nice supratip break, I would also recommend alar grafts to consolidate the tip.
Hello! Thank you for your question. We do not recommend to get nose filler before or after a nose surgery. The risks are too high when it comes to nose filler. The choice is yours of course but please keep in mind that filler on the nose can lead to many complications. Best regards!Prof. Dr....
