10 years post op - would a revision rhinoplasty correct my breathing and previous results? (photos)

I am 30 years about 10 years ago I had rhynoplasty done to correct deviated septum plus change the appereance of my nose. Now I have trouble breathing from one of my nostrils and I am not please with the results. I was told by a surgeon online that he could not perform revision rhynoplasty. I hope there is something that can be done.

If your concern is the loss of dorsal projection, a revision can be done but will likely need the use of a rib graft to add volume.  An examination of your breathing needs to be performed to determine why you are having nasal obstruction.  Nonetheless, a revision can be performed.

When I look at the photos of your nose, I don't see any anatomy that cannot be done with revision rhinoplasty. I don't think your nose has any problems that will scare you. Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. The bridge needs to be brought up some and the tip can be refined at the same time. The breathing has to be evaluated in person, but spreader grafts may be needed to improve breathing, or just a good septoplasty may be needed. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Since you have concerns about the appearance and function of your nose, the next best step would be to visit a reputable rhinoplasty specialist for a consultation. Your nasal obstruction could be from your internal nasal valves, your external nasal valves, or possibly your turbinates.
