I had a rhinoplasty in May 2022, it all seemed to be healing perfectly, until the swelling completely went and the slope of my nose is not straight. It really bothers me when I have flash photos taken. And it seems to not be pitched at a straight angle when looking straight on. My surgeon said this was a particularly difficult procedure as my pre surgery nasal bone came down all the way to the tip of my nose. Any advice or opinions welcomed.

Yes the septal extension graft can be trimmed, and your nose rotated up, so this will look less long and projected, which you don't like. Steroid injection will not help.
You appear to have excessive infratip lobule projection. Sutures can help reshape this so it does not project too much. A spreader graft can help with a collapsed internal valve. The septal extension graft is not needed for these issues.
Yes you need to help the skin heals using nanofat and microfat grafting, then you can address the depression/irregularities with rhinoplasty or other procedure.
