Is it possible to significantly widen my nose? (Photo)

In my first surgery, my nasal bridge and my bulbous tip were significantly narrowed. My nasal bridge is as thin as paper, and my nasal tip is pinched. Additionally, a significant amount of scar tissue has developed on the sides of my nasal tip. My skin is very thin. I am concerned that my very thin skin may not allow for significant widening of the nose, and that the hard scar tissue on the sides of my nasal tip make it impossible to safely separate my thin skin from the underlying structure

The nasal sill excision can be redone on one side to improve symmetry. A small amount of HA filler along the alar rim can help improve the alar rim contour. These are simple procedures that can be done without going back to surgery.
