Can my indented and uneven results be corrected with a revision rhinoplasty? (photo)

In my first rhinoplasty too much cartilage has been removed from the sides of my nose tip/ the stitches were pulled too tight. As a result, I have developed a lot of scar tissue on one side of my tip, which feels like a hard bump and is white with an indention next to it. The scar tissue also protrudes into the nostril. Is it possible to correct the unevenness in a revision rhinoplasty? I have very thin skin. If scar tissue can be removed, will it come back if the initial problem is solved?
