Need a revision rhinoplasty. Can I get more masculine nose?

Can you get what you want? Sure, I think that is reasonable. However, I would say that in nearly every angle of these photos, the nose of what you have "now" is something that a lot of people would prefer aesthetically. You mgiht have a hard time finding a surgeon who is willing to turn you from how you are now into what you want. Another important thing is I don't know how long ago you had your surgery. If it is relatively new, like within 6mo from this post, then it is possible also that you just haven't gotten used to your new nose yet (common phenomenon after rhinoplasty).

Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a a revision with tip derotation by releasing scar tissues and placing extended spreader grafts and nasal tip deprojection. This could derotate your tip more in line with your goals. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
