Need a revision rhinoplasty. Can I get more masculine nose?

Hi Doctors, I had a rhinoplasty but I am not happy with the results. The new nose is too small, short, narrow, pointy ,looks fake and doesnt suit my face at all. Can I get something as close to as what I made with photoshop? Thank you,
