Can I reverse my fat graft + orthodontic and extraction of 4 teeth + lower sunken mid face to chin? What can I do?

After combinations of failed orthodontic treatment removing 4 teeth’s -disfiguring my lower sunken mid face, mouth & chin, it has receded tremendously & more noticeably after my rhino..Since then I have had a revision and going on 3rd. Pre-surgery & ortho, had a softer appearance & nice profile. Now my lips have aged looking thin as ever (hence why I get fillers to try to balance out my receded chin). I had the strongest chin/jaw & loved my jawline-
