Will the result of fat grafting to the face be affected by facial movements such as eating solid foods?

Can you chew on solid foods such as Pizza after fat grafting to areas around the mouth such as chin and cheeks? Will it affect the fat grafting result due to excessive facial movement? Or is eating liquid based food recommended?
