The only reason to not workout after fat transfer or any procedure is the risk of bleeding from small vessels injured during the procedure. Once the clot is firm over those vessels, you can do anything you want except put pressure on the grafted area. The time it takes for the clot to ssoidify is 3-4 days. After that you can return to weight lifting carefully at first.
