Options for lump caused by fat transfer and acne scarring? (photos)

sammyk_2002
Two issues. First the fat transfer. Unfortunately, the fat that was transferred to fix the hollowness appeared to go around the scarred area and some of the fat ended up in areas that produced an unaesthetic appearance. Specifically, there appears to be a lump of fat in a place where it shouldn’t be. The second is acne scarring. I have a few rolling scars and underneath the skin, I can feel that that the dermis isn’t normal—it feels hard, as if there was a collagen buildup underneath the skin.
