My weight fluctuates alot and i was wondering if i just got a breast lift and lost more weight would they retain any fullness or on the other hand if i gained weight would they still be perky after breast lift? How would a breast lift alone and weight fluctuations react to one another? Thanks
Answer: Yes Thank you so much for submitting your question! This is a widespread concern among women looking to have a breast lift performed. Unfortunately, it is challenging to predict how your body will store and lose fat during weight fluctuation. It is possible that, after losing weight, your breasts may appear deflated or saggy since there is an excess of skin and not enough fat to fill them. But gaining weight can also cause the skin to expand, making your breasts appear fuller. This means that any weight loss would only lead to much more dramatic sagging, so maintaining a stable and healthy weight is important on both sides of the equation. I hope this information helps! Thanks again for reaching out!

Answer: Lift You would do well with just a breast lift. With just a lift, there is not as much upper breast fullness than with an implant. However, an implant gives more weight and is prone to more sagging in the future.

Answer: Breast lift Dear phillygal2828, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift Without Augmentation Good evening, After a breast lift alone they may look great initially, but weight fluctuations will cause the skin to stretch and relax, and eventually stretch out again- weight gain after a lift typically does not result in perky breasts, it results in more sagging.
