33 yo mom of 3. 5’0 y’all, 110 lbs. Looking to get a breast lift with a slight reduction. Currently a DD and would like to go down to a C. Is it worth it to get a breast lift? Can a breast lift give me the fullness at the top?
Answer: Breasts A reduction to take you down to a C cup would look nice on you. It is limited on the upper breast fullness, but it can be done without implants.

Answer: Is a breast lift worth it?- Maybe, maybe not. Sometimes- small changes produce small satisfaction. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Breast lift Dear Resourceful527309, My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lift/reduction can improve the breast aesthetics Hi Resourceful527309, Thanks for including the photos--it makes the discussion easier. From the photo, it looks like your right breast is larger than your left, and your left nipple is more downward facing than your right. A reduction (which is a lift that includes tissue removal) would allow your plastic surgeon to remove the excess tissue, reshape the breasts, and move the nipples from a downward facing to a forward facing position. Thus, the operation would accomplish most of your goals. You should definitely discuss the upper pole fullness question with your plastic surgeon--depending on your goals, a reduction may or may not achieve them. Reductions will generally improve the appearance of the breast as above, and may give you more central and upper pole fullness. But substantial changes in the upper pole can only reliably be accomplished with an implant. I'd recommend you consult with a qualified plastic surgeon. Best of luck,Chris Pannucci MDPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane WA

Answer: Upper Pole Fullness Good morning, I would recommend a lift and from the photo I cannot tell for sure if you have implants, but if you do not have implants then the addition of a small implant will also assist in developing and maintaining upper pole fullness.
