Hi so I had about 6 breast lift my nipples are super high and I haven’t had any complications at all my breast just keep bottoming out . I think the internal bra is what I need I had implants but I took them out now I’m ready for another lift possibly with implants again .
Answer: Scar revision and fat transfers At this time, I recommend scar revision which would redirect your nipple-areola complex more anterior and eliminate the upward disfiguration. The scars and the folds need to be addressed as well. There is no need for an internal bra since you do not have implants. I would also not recommend implants if you are having problems with bottoming out. If you want more upper fullness then consider fat transfer to the upper breasts. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breasts No, your problem is you are trying to be too large for your tissue, and your tissue, especially your skin, will not support the weight. A reduction with no implants will probably work best for you. Implants will be heavier and cause you to sag more.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear starringMe24, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Bottoming Out / The Original Internal Bra Good evening, No doubt- it's time for the Original Internal Bra. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision procedure I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!
