I had a breast reduction/lift in Dec 2019. My left breast has always been a bit bigger than the right one & was told they could more closely match them but that is not the outcome. Both breasts are shaped differently now & my right breast is probably a cup size smaller now, which is very noticeable. I would like to know what options to match them better in size & appearance & get more volume in the right breast. Would like to be a D cup (left). Not looking for perfection just better result.

Thanks for your questions. With regards to scarring, it is important to determine if the scars that you have previously are infact keloid, hypertrophic, or problematic for another reason. There are many ways that we can optimise scars post-op - minimising tension on the wounds, taping, and later...
No, your problem is you are trying to be too large for your tissue, and your tissue, especially your skin, will not support the weight. A reduction with no implants will probably work best for you. Implants will be heavier and cause you to sag more.
You could reduce the larger breast and lift the smaller breast to remove excess skin. However, your actual breast tissue will not be firmer, but just the skin. The softness of your breast is related to hormones and age.
