Would I be able to get results anywhere near this with an ethnic rhinoplasty? (photo)

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Your desired photo is not unreasonable as you only made the tip a little smaller with smaller nostrils. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide appearance involving your nasal tip and nostrils. This may be associated with a droopy tip, and the lower part of your nasal bridge appears to be a bit too high. You would be able to achieve your goal as seen in your morphed photo, and I think even better. Sitting down with a surgeon and morphing your photos will allow you to see what can and can't be done, but also things that you didn't think would also enhance the result.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

With thick skin it is difficult to get the small tip. Also, a small tip will take away the ethnic look and will make your nostrils look even bigger. The profile looks good. If you were to do anything I would recommend alarplasty and a tip-plasty.

Thick skin in the tip of your nose is going to prevent refinement in that area, so it's very important to have realistic expectations. Your side profile looks great. It is certainly possible to narrow the nasal bones along your bridge line, and narrow your nostrils, but only very minimal improvement is going to occur in the nasal tip itself.
