Based on limited photos you appear to be a candidate for Rhinoplasty preferably performed through a closed technique. In the right, experienced hands you can expect a more feminine, more elegant nose. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS with a wide gallery of before+after photos an discuss all details at the time of your exam/ consultation
Unfortunately, you have not provided a lateral view. However, on your base view, the nose is wider than it is high. It should be an equal lateral triangle. You will need augmentation of the tip to make it project more. The width appears normal and not excessive. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty to help refine your bulbous tip. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Hello. If your wish is to have a slimmer nose, nasal bones can be narrowed, and your tip can get slimmed and more defined. Alar reduction can be done as well. Without a side view I am not able to determine if any bridge augmentation is needed.
