Answer: Nose not too big The width of the nose should be the width of the distance between two medial canthus of the eyes. From your photograph, it appears to be that size and your nose is not too big. However, you may want to have it smaller. I would need lateral views of your nose to give you a more accurate answer. One thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

All of the incisions are located on the inside of the nose. To narrow the nostrils, requires an Alarplasty with an incision at the base of the nostrils. It would be best to post a full set of facial photograph, from all angles, since the nose is three-dimensional, and rhinoplasty is performing in a three-dimensional fashion. Digital computer imaging would also be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features.
