What would I need to get done for it to be ideal
Hello and thank you for your question. Ultimately only you can determine this. If you would like a rhinoplasty, then based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing the bridge line with osteotomies, refinement of the nasal tip from the frontal profile. All of the incisions are located on the inside of the nose. To narrow the nostrils, requires an Alarplasty with an incision at the base of the nostrils. It would be best to post a full set of facial photograph, from all angles, since the nose is three-dimensional, and rhinoplasty is performing in a three-dimensional fashion. Digital computer imaging would also be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features.
