I had .8 restylane refyne in November 16, 2022 and wanted more fullness so my my doctor put restylane kysse on Dec 16, 2022 about 6 weeks ago. I went out on a date and this guy was making out with me and kissed me a few times and now I'm worried he made my filler dissolve. Is that possible?

Based on your photos and your post, I do not think you have anything to worry about. You are pretty far out from when you had your lip filler done. The changes to the color you are seeing are most likely due to the placement of filler. Once again I do not think you need to be concerned at this time.
Try not to aggravate your lips more but biting, peeling, and touching it too much. It should take about two weeks for your lips to heal completely.
