I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Walker and I’m thrilled with both the aesthetic and functional results! Not only did she provide expert suggestions on improving the appearance of my nose, but she also addressed my deviated septum, significantly improving my breathing. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Walker was professional, caring, and patient, answering all my questions and making me feel confident in the surgery. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend her for anyone considering rhinoplasty!
Dr. Walker is a probably the best doctor I have ever seen for anything. Her resume is one of the best that I have ever seen and she lives up to it. Indeed, she was educated at Oxford and in Paris. I had gone through a painful divorce after years of being in a toxic situation. I looked terrible and I felt exhausted. Naturally, I was a little apprehensive having surgery, but Dr. Walker prepared me well for the surgery. I am 44 years old, but after my surgery, I did not look a day over 28. In fact, I have never looked so good. She does beautiful work! I can't even see myself at my real age and just forget it. I have had a mini-face-lift, forehead reconstruction and lift, and fat harvesting and infections. I had a heavy brow, which she chiselled down and removed some of the muscle from the forehead, and lifted it. She not only lifted the forehead, but also pulled the hairline down. Now I did not need hair transplants. This surgery took place in the hospital. The other surgeries took place in her office under local anaesthesia and Valium . I was awake for the surgeries in her office. When she did the fat infections in my face, she took fat from my belly and put it in a machine and mixed it with my own blood. This has worked far better any other injectable that I have tried, because it it has lasted for years. The overall result is that I feel like a new person and I forget that I am in my forties - not that being in one's forties is a bad thing. I am constantly being called "young man", and was recently accused of being an undergraduate. I have managed to get back some of the years that horrible people and tragedies have taken from me. When I recently attended a high school reunion, people were all asking me how I have managed to stay so young and look so good. I did not look this good in high school and no one could tell that I have had surgery. Dr. Walker also told me when to stop having surgery, and when the work was done. Dr. Walker is the best!!! I can't recommend her enough.
I went to Dr Walker for a breast reduction over three years ago and it is still the best decision I've ever made. I have never felt more confident, and Dr Walker did such a great job. She made me feel so comfortable before and after the procedure, and her team was fantastic. Dr Walker kept the scars to a minimal and kept the size in proportion. I will recommend Dr Walker for any procedures--she is so professional, smart, and kind!

Dr. Walker performed the Ultherapy on me about two weeks ago. I absolutely love her and her office staff! Everyone was so patient with my questions and professional. You can tell they really go the extra mile! After taking my before pictures, her assistant marked my face. Then Dr. Walker came in and explained the procedure to me. I was given Motrin to help with the pain, but it wasn't too bad (especially if you go in with the mindset that this IS a aesthetic procedure and it IS going to hurt on some level). Definitely tolerable but not comfortable. Dr. Walker was very patient with me when I needed a few breaks and offered me a nerve block. I decided the Motrin was enough and we kept going. Everything went SO well and I am extremely pleased with my results so far. I can already feel my skin tightening and can't wait to see my 90 day photos! Definitely worth every penny!
I had a good deal of extra skin left over from my 2 pregnancies. I'm tall and fairly thin, but the extra skin looked like a giant prune on my stomach- I had to fold it into my pants. Dr. Walker removed the skin, tightened my abdominal wall and left a small, neat scar. Very pleased with the result. This is serious surgery- be prepared to be off your feet for a few weeks and take it slow getting back into the routine.
Great Results No Bruising - Washington, VA
No matter how I worked out or how much weight I lost, I always had some cellulite. I had this procedure done by Dr Walker and by the next day I was back at work. I had very little bruising and I think the most difficult thing was wearing the compression garment for 2 weeks.
As I had my arms done in addition to my face and neck, I was advised to have a general anesthetic. I am 7 weeks out and can already see the difference in my arms every day and tightening on my neck. I am very pleased!! I've been wearing long sleeves for the last year to keep my arms covered and in the last week, I have finally debuted my arms for the first time. That says it all, as far as I'm concerned. I would do it again without hesitation.
At the initial consultation I felt comfortable with and confident in Dr. Walker. My goal was to do a hysterectomy and tummy tuck at the same time. She agreed to do her part and the rest is history. It's been 5 weeks since the surgeries and I have no regrets. I'm happy with my shape and know that it will continue to improve. I'll be seeing Dr. Walker for further procedures.
Thank you for your question. Nasal bones and cartilage may shift after rhinoplasty, but not usually. I do not know if your deviated septum was corrected at the time of your rhinoplasty. However, to address your nasal issues now I recommend seeing a board certified Otolaryngologist or Plastic Surgeon who has experience with rhinoplasty and undergo a complete nasal examination that also addresses any breathing issues you may have. If your septum is straight internally your nose may be strightened with simple osteotomies to refracture the nasal bones and straighten them. The slight flare on the nostrils may be addressed with tiny incisions at the base of the alae, however I would probably not surgically alter them as I don't feel your nostrils are significantly small or misshapen. Dr. Walker
Thank you for your question. It is best not to alter the shape of your nose or face fight before a revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon will want to have the ability to fully visualize the shape of your nose with out any alterations. Additionally, after your revision rhinoplasty you may not need filler. Also, filler is absorbed after 10-12 months (unless it is a permanent filler - like Sculptura) thereby further changing nasal shape and facial dynamics. Dr. Walker
It is probably safe to undergo a TCA peel while you are pregnant. However, I would check with my OB-GYN and Dermatologist. In general, it is not adviced to undergo any unnecessary procedures or take any non-essential medications while pregnant. Dr. Walker
Thank you for your question. Yes, a rhinoplasty would enhance your nose. Specifically, your nose could be made a bit narrower over the boney portion and your nostils inset to decreae the flair. I recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Walker Boca Raton, Florida 561-367-9101
Thank you for your question. The irregularity on the bridge of your nose (from the photographs) appears to be secondary to an incomplete nasal fractures which give the nasal bridge a wide appearance. It is difficult to tell from the photograph but it appears you may also have some deviation of your nasal septum. This gives (from the photograph only) a C-shaped appearance. I would recommend a surgical revision rhinoplasty possibly using an open technique. It is possible to correct your nasal irregularity with a filler, but often times the amount of filler required may give your nose a much wider appearance.
