Liposuction performed 18 months ago. Waist was made too small and thighs were overcorrected. Fat removed from infra gluteal area has caused a diaper bum. Sacral area undercorrected and bulges out. Overall bum and boobs look too big for my frame. I want to add width to the lower half. I dont want to go over too many of the same areas. Im 44 , 1.57cm ad weigh 64kg. At the time of surgery i was 60kg. Is it possible for me to have a good result. I hate my big bum and small thighs

Answer: The Best Option For You! Hello,The main reason your legs appear slim is due to the protruding waist and hips, making the midsection of your body look overly wide in my opinion. If fat is reduced from the hips and waist area, and fat transfer is done to the hip dip area, a more proportionate and curvier look can be achieved.

Answer: Liposuction results. Your procedure was fairly heavy-handed, which is often the case when VASER is used.In regards to the secondary procedures You can have changes related to removing fat, but not adding fat. While you’re outcome, it’s not terrible. I think it could’ve been done better. The transition from your waist to your hips have a good curve. If that’s the style, your surgeon performs then I’m not sure if it’s the right person to give you a different outcome. how many before and after pictures of previous patients look like you did they show you during the consultation? Did those images look consistent with your results? During in person consultations ask providers to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of the previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. Bring pictures of yourself to use as a reference during consultations. I generally do not recommend virtual consultations and therefore recommend you have in person follow up with your provider or in person second opinion consultations. The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery in Liposuction is in reality quite small. Most plastic surgeons are average. When it comes to Liposuction average is about what your results are. To get exceptional results patients need to look for exceptional plastic surgeons. This often requires having a significant number of consultations and the ability to vet plastic surgeons.
