Skin crease over abdomen after Vaser Lipo, is revision an options? (Photo)

I have had vaser high def and there is a horrible skin crease over and through the umbilicus. This despite all appropriate foam insert, compression garment etc. The performing surgeon states it’s scarring and we want it to develop but it looks awful. Is revision an option? I’m in the UK.
