Tummy tuck or lipo revision? (Photo)

Question

Hello I am 5’1 weight 170. Had a tummy tuck done in 2021 all went well and it was amazing results. I recently got a lipo 360 and seems like my stomach is now deformed i really regret doing it. Is it me overthinking or do I really need a revisions of tummy tuck or lipo? my lipo 360 and bbl took place july 8 2024

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

The tuck will not be helpful, but the area could be revised. You might even need some fat grafting, but an examination is needed to be certain.

Thank you for your question and including photos.   I'm sorry to hear about your issue.   I don't see any need for revision of your tummy tuck.  From what I can see, I would recommend a little touch up of your liposuction and revision of your belly button.

Only 4 months out from your liposuction surgery you need to listen to your surgeon and follow his/her instructions.  A minimum of 6 months post liposuction surgery is required for my patients before critically evaluating a result...and that is in the setting of having had no prior surgery.  Good luck!

Based on one posted photo of the post operative result, it appears you have denting. Correction of this would be best after a virtual consultation to make sure the photo does not show all the problems. My impression is a combination of two therapies, Leo, and other areas with micro crafting to dance, followed by Endo lays treatment. $8000-$12,000. Best of her concert.
