I'm 115 lbs, 5'3, very active and do cardio every day for 30 minutes and then lift weights. For the last 20 years have been trying to "squat my a*$ off". No matter how many squats, deadlifts, hip hinges, forward and backward lunges I do, I cannot get my butt tight. All that's hurting is my hips. When I squeeze my butt, I can feel the muscle underneath but when I don't, it's loose and jiggly. I can tell I have cellulite. Any other recommendations for tightening it would be appreciated.
