I had a revision rhinoplasty where my septum was displaced exaggerating asymmetrical tip cartilage. Onlay graft was put on tip to widen, round and project however it has left the tip leaning to the left. I have no issue with deviation however it exacerbates my issue with the asymmetrical tip which makes the nose look long from one side and short from the other. I believe it could be fixed with a small graft added to the tip highlight on the smaller side, is this possible endonasal and in office

When I look at the photos of your nose, I don't see any anatomy that cannot be done with revision rhinoplasty. I don't think your nose has any problems that will scare you. If you wish, let's solve your breathing problem and meet your remaining aesthetic needs. You can check my google and...
You appear to have a slight inverted V deformity. This is usually corrected with surgery, placing a cartilage graft in the area of the depression. It may be possibly to camouflage with HA filler and avoid surgery.
Yes the septal extension graft can be trimmed, and your nose rotated up, so this will look less long and projected, which you don't like. Steroid injection will not help.
