Can reducing the columella help with nostril asymmetry?

RealSelfMember09965
I had an nose intubation, when i was 4 years old. It left with with a scar and nostril’s asymmetry. I am nlooking to do a rhinoplasty. I would like to reduce/shorten the columella (in order to reduce impression of asymmetry in the nostrils) And remove the dorsal bump, in the same time. I would like to do a rhinoplasty without grafting. Is it possible to operate without any grafting ? Is it a “good plan” , to bring more symetry ? Thank you for your opinions,
