Bulbous tip and wide nose - Am I a good candidate for rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Your tip is flat and as we call "undefided", there is a plateau and the actual tip projection under the skin is missing hence... lacks definition, a typical ethnic trait addressed by strong supporting at the cruras and Sheen's-type tip grafting, a very beautiful and challenging maneuver, in good hands provides spectacular results.

You are on spot thinkin the frontal view looks broad, both dorsum and nasal base; alar flare might deserve reduction as well. Very remarkably you suffer a high grade of alar rim retraction leading to a bad columellar show, this is treated by alar rim marginal grafting, articulated grafts, lateral crura repositioning, etc, few options to be decided intraoperatively, but for sure with grafting.

Finally, the brige is a tad too high, has to be lowered a bit.

Good case for a deep and invasive ethnic structure rhinoplasty, find a surgeon with experience on this topic and great loads of talent.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The width of the tip and bottom half of your nose can be reduced so that the nose looks smaller while maintaining a natural and masculine result. Your eyes look normal from the front view, so you shouldn't do anything there. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Eyes- it's hard to tell from these pics but I don't think you have excess scleral show or protruding eyes... so based on these alone, I don't believe you need a lower bleph.

Nose- you are certainly a candidate for a rhino with those concerns.

As far as I can see from your photos you appear to be a good candidate for rhinoplasty. Your skin is thick, but this is not a contraindication for the surgery. It may take 1.5 to 2 years for your nose to fully settle.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty to straighten the dorsum and refine the tip. It could also increase your nasal columella angle slightly and narrow the base of your nose.

The upper nose looks good but bottom is wide because of a bulbous tip and wide nostrils. A tip-plasty will help define the tip and make it smaller. Alarplasty will shorten the nostrils. These changes will bring the lower half of the nose in harmony with the upper half to give you a great overall improvement.
Blepharoplasty will be unnecessary.

Based on these photos there is no doubt that you are good candidate for rhinoplasty. I am not sure that lower blepharoplasty is necessary. Good luck.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what to expect. We can see that you have a wide appearance in the lower 1/3 of your nose, and this is associated with an underprojected tip and a small bump on profile. These issues may be addressed, as long as you're dissatisfaction is high. You do not appear to have scleral show, and I would not recommend any treatments to your lower eyelids. I hope this helps!
