4 days post left breast explant. 615cc silicone. Still in a lot of pain. Why?

4-11-2018 I got my breast augmentation , I had problems with the left breast since day one !! Pain went from bad to worse as the days passed 2 weeks post op I developed 2 holes with drainage , I did everything I could to save my implant even took the excruciating pain 5-10-2018 I had an emergency surgery due to the implant being exposed IM STILL IN THE SAME PAIN BACK PAIN & STABBING PAIN IN THE BREAST WHEN I BREATH OR LAY DOWN . I'm guessing back pain is from me sleeping on my back for a month ?

An examination is recommended to properly assess your pain.  Contact your surgeon to request an appointment.  Some pain is expected after surgery, but it should be manageable with medication.  If it is not, your surgeon needs to be notified.
