4-11-2018 I got my breast augmentation , I had problems with the left breast since day one !! Pain went from bad to worse as the days passed 2 weeks post op I developed 2 holes with drainage , I did everything I could to save my implant even took the excruciating pain 5-10-2018 I had an emergency surgery due to the implant being exposed IM STILL IN THE SAME PAIN BACK PAIN & STABBING PAIN IN THE BREAST WHEN I BREATH OR LAY DOWN . I'm guessing back pain is from me sleeping on my back for a month ?

If you had the tissue expander placed due to a medical condition (breast cancer, etc) then your insurance may cover the procedure. Costs vary by surgeon and region. You may able to get some estimated figures over the phone.
I would return to your surgeon for an examination and discussion of your concern. If it the lymph node is still causing pain or other issues it should be removed if possible.
