I've had breast implants for about 12 years. I've had two sets rupture, capsular contraction and bottoming out in my left implant. I've probably had maybe about 6 or 7 surgeries total. Last one in 2006. I have severe bottoming out in my left breast and I just noticed I have a couple reds scabs under breast fold. Should I be concerned about this.

All of my other colleagues make good points. Practically speaking there is only a shot glass difference between 355 and 385, which is not visible in most circumstances.
