I am 5'6, 110 lbs, breastfed 2 kids, 29inch ribcage, 13BWD, 34A (with empty cups)
Answer: Simultaneous lift
At size 34 A each 100 cc’s of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 400 cc implants would take you up 4 cup sizes to a DD. If you want to be a C, you would only need 200 cc implants. I recommend small silicone gel implants placed retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. In the retro-pectoral position, the muscle compresses the implant and determines the projection, not the implant profile. Unfortunately, your photographs do not show the position of your breasts on the chest wall but they appear to be slightly lower and after breast feeding it is possible that you may benefit from a simultaneous lift. The advantages of a lift technique are reshaping your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevating them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Aligning the areola, breast tissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior projection with a minimal size implant.

Answer: Breast Augmentation, Dr. Adibfar, Plastic Surgeon, Toronto
Hello
25cc does not make a huge difference in the final size of your breasts.
In general you need to add approximately 100cc to jump a cup size .
Although I usually remind patients that the larger the implants the higher the chance of complications such as traction ripples, capsular contracture, etc.... I notice that patients commonly like the sizes more in the immediate post operative time when they are more swollen!
good luck

Answer: Implant Sizing to achieve your goals
I think you would feel more comfortable if you had more of a say in your implant size with some helpful guidance from your surgeon. This is the approach I use to help guide my patients with their implant size selection: I consider two factors when selecting implants for my patients:
1.Dimensional planning
2.Gel Implant Sizing system
Dimensional planning – The measurements of your chest wall are taken. Also, the breast dimensions including the height, width, and current dimensions of each breast form the basis of dimensional planning. Based on these measurements, the implant size is recommended. This will give you a unique breast implant that is suited for your body frame. However, there are some limitations of what size we can recommend. For instance, some implants may just be too big for a narrow chest wall. Your surgeon can review this with you during the consultation.
Gel Implant Sizing system – During the preliminary breast implant consultation, you will be provided with an option to “try on” a variety of implant shapes and sizes. You can also visualize the possible outcomes of your surgery which helps you to get that perfect size to give you the shape that you longed for. This way your preferences are known and you can then pick a range of implants that will “fit” just right to give a soft natural fuller look. If you have decided on saline implants, then based on the gel sizer you select, we can guide you to the saline implant that achieves a similar look.
Hope this helps.

Answer: 400 cc implants and cup size
It is difficult to determine what the cup size will be from the volume chosen. It is always best to be evaluated in person.

Answer: Implants and cup size
25 cc's is about a shot glass of volume and is unlikely to make a big difference in breast size. Since the biggest complaint among women getting implants is "I should have gone bigger", pick the 400cc implant. Hope this helps! Good luck!
