If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for sharing your excellent question and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated.  Based on your current photographs I would advocate for dissolving the product and starting again.  The areas of lumps will not improve 2 months out from injection and may take a year or longer to dissipate naturally.  Hope this helps.

Massage will not help much at this point.  You would be better off dissolving the filler, and then use a different HA in the future for this area.  It may take more than one injection to remove the Volbella.   

2 months should be plenty of time to allow this to settle out on its own. I would recommend dissolving the filler and possibly starting again with another provider at this point.

Sorry you are experiencing issues 2 months Post injection. I would definitely dissolve the Volbella with an injection of hyaluronic acid.  It usually only takes one injection, but in some cases may require two injections.If you have lost confidence with your injector, seek out another.Best of luck.Dr T

You can try massage but I suspect you may need to dissolve. This is a hard issue to address. Best Wishes. 

This is Volbella- too much, wrong plane or combination of two factors. Any HA filler can cause Tyndall, especially Volbella as it really is hydrophobic. Vycross also changes the antigenic nature of this filler (as the US will find out shortly). Australia has over 4 years more experience with this filler. Its good, but it needs to be respected. 1-2 Hylase sessions will dissolve this filler as its HA based.
