I am 5'4, 145lbs, and I am wondering if that pouch I have will be gone after Lipo 360?? thank you

You are a good candidate for a Liposuction 360, from the picture I cannot tell if you have any lower abdominal stretch marks. However, even with stretch marks, I have seen patients have reasonable results as long as they wear compression, garments and lipofoam and later abdominal board for 12 weeks after surgery. This is a commitment which will require that you constantly wear the garments especially the first six weeks which are most critical, this way you could avoid possibly requiring skin removal.

Lipo 360 you are removing the excess fat of the abdomen, flanks and back. Over several months, swelling subsides and the skin may contract in patients with good skin quality. Overhanging excess skin, muscle separation and bulge, stretch marks and poor skin quality are better treated with abdominoplasty excising the extra tissue but with longer scars. Tummy tuck is usually performed in patients with no plans for future pregnancy.

If you have not yet, I would recommend an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. The skin on your abdomen may present a problem with liposuction and it may be that skin removal would present a better option for you. With lipo alone you could potentially get contour abnormalities because liposuction will not tighten skin.

Nicely posted photos, though the panties block the lower excess skin/fat hang. I think a combination of lipo 360 with J-Plasma for skin tightening and extended mini TT are better options . Fee $8,000. Best to virtual consult with.....
