Can I just have lipo instead of tummy tuck? Hi. I been to 3 consult. One of the doctors said I could do lipo, the second one said I can do lipo but tummy tuck would help me to achieve a more define core; and the third one said I needed a tummy tuck because otherwise I would end up with saggy skin. I have 2 c sections, but my stomach doesn’t feel saggy. I also don’t have diactasis recti, and even went to therapy to get my 2 finger gap close. I just hate the thought Of another major surgery!

`Hello! The photos do not clearly demonstrate if you have much fat present - it looks like you may just be pinching skin. If there is fat under your skin then you would be a proper candidate for Liposuction. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon in person to assess best if...

That sounds like a good plan from your surgeon. More lipo on the back won’t be satisfying since it’s a skin issue. That’s what a back lift is the right choice. Your tummy has been pulled tight so the skin is now not really the issue. There is likely some excess fat contributing to the fulln...
