Question

I had lipo 360 performed six months ago with vaser liposuction. I’m still lumpy with some loose skin from the procedure. Is six months too soon to begin trying to fix this, and what are my options?

If you haven't already, I recommend a regular routine of endermologie / massage to assist in softening the constricted subcutaneous space and interface with the skin. Additional surgery in the form of liposuction is usually not the answer and can potentially make it worse. Fat transfer to the irregularities may be helpful but that fat would need to be taken from other areas. Sculptra and / or Renuva can be used to instead of fat to help fill in some soft tissue depressions.
