Hello, I had a tummy tuck and full back lipo Dec 2022 in Miami. I notice some difference in my back but still have rolls and back fat. My belly button is really low and I have a pouch on my lower stomach that sits in my lap while seated. I reached out to the surgeon about my concerns and he said the fat isnt fat, I need a back lift and he will do lipo 360 to fix the rest. I am concerned, before I spend more money. Will lipo 360 fix my issues or do I need a back lift and tummy tuck revision?

You have excess hanging skin already and liposuction would lead to even more significant hanging skin. The advantage of the the tummy tuck is it will excise your previous c-section scar and place the incision lower. I would recommend a tummy tuck.
