5'10 , 160lbs, fit and healthy. Want to reduce my waist by 1.5-2+ inches. Could lipo 360 reduce my waist significantly?

The photos do not clearly demonstrate if you have much fat present - it looks like you may just be pinching skin. If there is fat under your skin then you would be a proper candidate for Liposuction.
I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon in person to assess best if you are an optimal candidate. You can find one at plasticsurgery.org.

Hello, thank you for sharing. It is hard for anyone to give you a realistic prediction of how many inches you will lose with liposuction. You look really fit, so kudos to you for putting in the work. I do think liposuction can help to remove fat from some the targeted areas like the flanks/sides, abdomen, lower back. As I see you pinching I would say if you feel like you have loose skin then you may benefit more from a mini or full tummy tuck to help with creating the hourglass shape. If there is no loose skin, then lipo 360 will be the way to go for sculpting. Good luck! I hope that helps!

You look fantastic now. The frontal views show you only have a little bit of fat, however, your last photo looks like you have significant fat to remove to reshape your curves. I'm just not sure if 1.5" of a reduction is possible without a physical exam.

You do appear to have a thin, athletic body with very little fat. This gives a somewhat straight waistline appearance, except on your posterior view. Lipo 360 would give you a slightly improved hourglass look, but it would be subtle and 1.5-2 inches is not very realistic. Combining the liposuction with fat transfer to the lateral buttocks would enhance the results with the caveat that not all of the transferred fat might survive. There are not many more options for you though. Good luck!
