Will I ever be able to recover my natural double eyelids? And the will wrinkles and sagging on my eyelid improve overtime?

I am an 18 yr old asian with type I epicanthial folds and mildy hooded double eyelids. Six months ago, I tried to correct my hooded double eyelids by using double eyelid and glue. I used both of them daily, and even wore them to sleep hoping that the new crease created by the double eyelid and glue will become permanent. 2 weeks ago, I gave up. My natural double eyelid crease, however, has yet to appear. My eyelids have been monolids for 2 weeks now, with moderate sagging and fine wrinkles.

Technically this is a risk and the sutures can extrude towards the cornea through the conjunctiva.  However this fairly rare and I have never seen in my own practice.  if this were to occur and you would simply have to have the sutures removed.  Typically surgeons performing this...
