Can I Change my Caucasoid Eyes to Mongoloid Eyes? (photo)

This is a fools exercise.  There are many delicate tissue plains that make for an Asian eyelid configuration.  Surgeons only make scars.  If scars can be used to create an effect, then a surgery can be successful.  Moving a caucasian eyelid configuration to an Asian one can not be accomplish by making scars in the eyelid.

There is really no established way to create epicanthal folds. The process would be the opposite of how it is created. There could be some scarring to create this and you would need extra skin, albeit a small amount to do this.
