Can I Change my Caucasoid Eyes to Mongoloid Eyes? (photo)

I'm searching for a surgery to build an (chinese) epicanthic fold on each eye. I've never been contented with my European eyes, though I do get compliments on their aesthetics, I feel that they aren't "me".

There is not enough information and the photographs are too small to help you. However, there is a jaw and ptosis relationship in what is called a Marcus Gunn Jaw-winking syndrome. You can research it on line and see if this is something that might fit your situation.

This could be consistent with latent upper eyelid ptosis.  If is difficult to be definitive without a personal consultation.  Consider seeing an oculoplastic surgeon with great expertise in cosmetic upper eyelid surgery.
