Looking at your pictures, it seems like you have a pretty good cosmetic outcome from your upper bleph/ medial epicanthoplasty surgery, but I understand your frustration with the epicanthoplasty scar. I would consult with your surgeon for possible Kenalog injections to help ameliorate the appearance of your scar.

in this particular case I would say your doing fairly well and I don't see any problems with silicone tape therapy.  As the weeks and months go by I think she will find that the appearance of this will continue to improve.I wouldn't necessarily recommend any other treatment at this point but you should follow up with her surgeon.
