Should I change anything on my face? Many people say that I'm good-looking. However, I wish my eyes were bigger because then my features would all be proportionate. I think my nose was a bit slimmer too because it's not perfect. I'm considering a nose-job since my eyes are not wide and I know there's no surgery for that.

I agree you have nice facial features :).  You have a common condition called ptosis, in which the internal muscle that lifts the eyelids is weak. In most cases, I perform a double eyelid surgery at the same time I correct the internal muscle. This will make you look more awake and alert. For the nose, if you prefer a slimmer appearance from a frontal view, yes, this can be accomplished without the use of synthetics.

thank you for the photographsThe majority of my practice is Asian facial plastics and when I look at you I see a very pleasing and attractive set of fascial features.on a personal and professional level with the photographs that you've provided me I have a low level of interest or motivation for changing anything on your face.  in particular your eyes.  If you were to do something to them I would recommend making an absolute minimal change.  If your eyes are sensitive to light they will be more sensitive to light after your surgery.  I do not believe that you have true myogenic ptosis but more mechanical ptosis.  There is a difference.  I think to create a very visible double eyelid would change your overall appearance and away that would make you look a lot less interesting if he really want to know the truth.  That being said I very frequently performed surgeries that are designed to be so subtle that others cannot detect the change only the patient.  Those changes require the greatest amount of experience and expertise.best of luck.
