Recommendation for face slimming? (Photo)

Question

I had a consultation for buccal fat pad removal looking to see if a was a good candidate, however I never got a clear answer. My main concern is when I smile, I feel like my face loses all definition. I also would like a more sculpted appearance. Please share your opinion. Thank you!

Based on your posted photos, I agree with the buckle fat removal. I might also add some tear trough, filler and cheek, or malar filler. Expect fees to increase to five to $6000 total for procedure. Best to do virtual consultation with.

I generally steer people away from having Buccal fat removal. This tends to create premature aging later in life when facial volume loss is a sign of aging.
Facial aesthetics, especially in young people is primarily determined by bone structure. Most people have a fat distribution that’s fairly consistent with other individuals. Buckle pad removal especially is problematic because it’s very difficult to reverse the process if not impossible, and once people recognize it’s a mistake the problem only becomes worse with time.
I see no indication for surgical intervention.
