Are these realistic expectations if I were to have a rhinoplasty procedure? (Photos)

So I have a nasal hump and I feel like the tip of my nose is just big in proportion to the rest of my nose.. I did a lil photoshop on these photos and I know the straight on looks weird because it's a little to edited, but if I were to have a rhinoplasty done is this a realistic expectation?

Is your simulation realistic? you appear to have a slightly bulbous tip and a very tiny dorsal hump. What exactly your tip would look like after rhinoplasty depends on the thickness of the skin which cannot be evaluated in a photograph. However based on your other features it appears that the front simulation would be realistic. In your side profile The simulation merely removed the slight dorsal hump. removing a dorsal hump with no other change can make the side profile look too long. I actually think your current profile with the tiny hump is prettier than the simulation where you remove the hump but did not shorten the nose. Try shortening the nose by a millimeter or so in your side profile simulation and see if you like that more or less than this simulation. In general when a dorsal hump is removed the nose will look slightly longer, unless it is already a short nose, requiring slight shortening of the nose to synchronize with the other features.

Most of the photos do appear realistic, but it's very important not to over-rotate the tip by turning it up. It will look very unnatural. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish refinement of the nasal tip, narrowing the bridge line and shaving down the dorsal hump with all the incision placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either.
