Could a nose job keep the uniqueness in my nasal tip while shortening the actual nose?

I’ve really grown into my nose over the past few years and I love a lot of the character and what makes it unique to my face. I do however have a slight bump and an asymmetrical root as well as have a very long nose. I love the look of my nose I just wish it could be smaller. Is this possible? Or is it not worth the risk for the small changes? I think it looks great in photos but larger in person.

However, it is still best anyway, to have a personal evaluation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can do a proper assessment of your nose. A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed, Since the nose is a three dimensional structure, and is one the most difficult procedures   to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery. Could a rhinoplasty change some aspects of the nose while leaving others intact? There are several aspects of a rhinoplasty such as the nasal bridge ,the nasal root, the length of the nose , the projection of the nose, the shape of the tip , the width of the nostril base , the shape of the dorsal profile ,etc. Not all of these need to be changed during a rhinoplasty. If a patient likes some features of her nose and wishes to change others , that can certainly be done.
