I have always seen pictures of before and after of getting rid of humps that can be seen from the side, but I don’t see a lot of front view bumps on the top of the nose bridge that make the nose appear wider. Is it possible to make my nose thinner from the front, since it’s a bone that makes it look wider?

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose can be made narrower by breaking the bones. However I also think the tip needs to be reduced and the bridge lowered fir the best result

Answer: Frontal View Absolutely it is possible to make the nose appear thinner on the front. In your case, you have wide nasal bones, so I would recommend medial/lateral osteotomies, so that I can reset your nasal bones in a more pleasing location. When there is a large hump, it is common for the nose to not look quite as narrow dorsally on the frontal view after surgery, but that depends on many factors. Your nose is wide dorsally and at the base (where the nose meets the face), and narrowing your nose without sacrificing breathing would be appropriate.
