What would help my long face? (Photo)

Hi guys! I am 28 years old and live in Tampa Florida. I feel like I am very prone to wrinkles and sagging skin. I uploaded a few pics wondering what would be the best procedure to get to help make my face not look so long? I was thinking rhinoplasty and chin lipo? But really not sure what to do here at all. Any advice would be appreciated!

A personal evaluation is best to determine the right procedure or combination of procedures to achieve your desired goals. Your face is beautiful. Don’t let anybody mess with it. You’ll end of looking weird. There will be plenty of time for surgery in about twenty years. And whatever you do don’t get a lip lift

The best advice would be to re-post a full set of pictures without a hat on and from both sides, both three-quarter views and a frontal view, since the nose is a three dimensional structure and rhinoplasty is performed in  all three dimensions. Chin liposuction simply removes diet resistant fat located in the neck.
