I had a small bowel obstruction surgery when I was 3 years old and the scar on my stomach led to me getting what I call a "butt belly". Weight loss seems to make it look worse. I have severe insecurites & self esteem issues due to thiis scar. I wear layers to try to hide it everyday. I cry when I look in the mirror because I can't achieve a flat stomach. I have also tried to get rid of the pooch& I just can't! I have gained weight due to me just giving up. I want to feel good about myself!

You would have a home-run result was a tummy tuck, and some liposuction at the same time.  It would flatten everything, take away the bulge, and leave you very happy and less insecure.Make a few appointments with board-certified plastic surgeons.  Best of luck!

Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let him explain why one technique may be better than another and if you need a tummy tuck. photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done through a low and short
incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.
