I had a small bowel obstruction surgery when I was 3 years old and the scar on my stomach led to me getting what I call a "butt belly". Weight loss seems to make it look worse. I have severe insecurites & self esteem issues due to thiis scar. I wear layers to try to hide it everyday. I cry when I look in the mirror because I can't achieve a flat stomach. I have also tried to get rid of the pooch& I just can't! I have gained weight due to me just giving up. I want to feel good about myself!

Answer: The best treatment for you Far more important than deciding if TT is for you is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let him explain why one technique may be better than another and if you need a tummy tuck. Many board certified plastic surgeons provide a free first time consult and you should take advantage of that!
