Thank you for your question. It's still early after surgery, so I would be patient and give your swelling time to improve. Swelling can be asymmetrical, and as it settles things can even out. Make sure to follow your doctor's instructions. Congratulations on your recent surgery.

Great question. Liposuction of the flanks and abdominoplasty should not change your bra size. Your bra size is a relationship/measurement bw the breast projection and band width. This shouldn't change unless you gain or lose weight/inches in that area.  

Your surgeon is the best one to answer this question as he/she is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery. In most cases you will want to wait a few weeks after surgery before resuming sexual activities.
