How would a revision for botched rhinoplasty with diced costal cartilage be performed?

Wouldn't it be too hard to extract diced cartilage out wrap after the wrap grow with nose skin together? Wouldn't there be any patient underwent a botched rhinoplasty eth DCF and needs revision surgery?

Steroid injections may NOT be beneficial in the upper third of your nose after revision rhinoplasty. Your skin is very thin at the top, and skin indentations may occur there. Consider re-asking your question with full face photos. Hope this helps. Dr Josepjh
