Have there been similar experiences with chronic folliculitis post BA? (photo)

I am currently 3.5 years post op and about 3-4 weeks after having my BA I’ve had chronic folliculitis. I’ve seen multiple dermatologists, been on roaccutane for 2 years which cleared the folliculitis but as soon as I am taken off, the rash returns. The only other medication that provides temporary relief is cephlex (the rash also returns once I finish the course). Wondering if anyone as either gone through this or had a patient with a similar reaction that can help

Thank you for your question.  Healing of a seroma depends greatly on the size of the seroma.  My advice is to follow the specific instructions given to you by your plastic surgeon for recovery.  Best of luck.
