I am currently 3.5 years post op and about 3-4 weeks after having my BA I’ve had chronic folliculitis. I’ve seen multiple dermatologists, been on roaccutane for 2 years which cleared the folliculitis but as soon as I am taken off, the rash returns. The only other medication that provides temporary relief is cephlex (the rash also returns once I finish the course). Wondering if anyone as either gone through this or had a patient with a similar reaction that can help
