I am 53 years old, my philtrum was measured at 18mm and the recommendation for lip lift would be to reduce length to 14mm. I am interested in this procedure to create more of an upper lip and to shorten distance between base of nose and top lip. However, my biggest concern related to this procedure is the overall effect it has on the structure of the nose. Will it pull down on the nose causing droop of tip? Will it enlarge or elongate the nostrils? Will the scar be hidden inside the nose? Ty
